Can I change my order?

You can change your order at any time while it is being processed.

However, it cannot be changed once the shipment is ready. 

Please note that you can only change the products in your order to other products that are in stock. 

If you need to change your order, please contact customer support.

Can I cancel my order?

In the event of an online order cancellation, a full refund will be issued before shipment is arranged. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed.

Return and refund

The consumer has the right to withdraw the order within 14days from the date of the order. 

 If a customer orders multiple items as an order, but they are shipped separately, it will start counting from the day the customer receives the last item.


If your product is indicated as 'Pre-order' in the website, be sure to make a note of the 'Ship Out Date'. 

 Our 'pre-order' products are out of stock, so we outline the days when we can ship the product from our local warehouse.

‘Ship Dates’ are estimates based on information provided from suppliers and carriers.

This date is subject to change. All relevant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

Delivery of A/S parts and accessories

We aim to ship A/S parts and accessories within 10 working days from the order date.

However, delivery times may vary depending on circumstances beyond eheart's authority. 

Where possible, spare parts and/or accessories ordered with the bike will be delivered together. 

Are there any additional shipping costs for shipping to mountainous areas?

If you live in an area where delivery is difficult, such as in the mountains, additional shipping costs may be incurred.

In addition, some destinations may not be deliverable.

Shipment tracking

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, depending on the courier used.

You can use this to track the location of your order!

How to Pay

You can use credit card and direct deposit, and pay quickly and securely with PayPal.

Do ehearts bikes come with a warranty?

The e-bike body has a one-year warranty and the motor and battery have a six-month warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is found within this period, we will respond according to our policy.

*This warranty does not cover normal wear parts such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, etc.

Do I need a license to ride an ehearts bike?

ehearts bikes with 250W motors do not require a license. (but over 13years old only in South Korea)

All 350W bikes are preset with a maximum speed of 15 mph/ 24 km/ h, making them completely legal on public roads.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance and registration may vary by countries, so it's a good idea to check with your local authorities.

Accident and/ or personal damage insurances are recommended.

After purchasing ehearts, can I upgrade my specifications or add accessories?

You can easily replace hardware and upgrade specifications.

But for changing the parts electricity-related, Myvelo has no legal responsibility and not recommended.
